For regular priced items
- If the the size or style does not work for you, we offer 14 days exchange.
- Kindly submit an exchange request by emailing our customer service. Do not send the item(s) back before receiving confirmation from our customer care team. We will get back to you within 1 or 2 workings days regarding your exchange request.
- Hope you understand, panties are non exchangeable nor refundable due to hygienic reasons.
- If the items are damaged, shame on us. While we check for defects before sending them out, human errors are part and parcel of life. Do send us a picture of the defect by email, and we will replace you a new piece, or full refund if the item is out of stock.
- For all skincare and cosmetics must be returned unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise they will not be accepted.
- Your returned item must arrive at the brand's office no later than 14 days after you receive the order.
- We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this;
- Once your return has been received by the brands and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method;
- We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging;
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;
- If the item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded;
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For sales priced items
- Unfortunately, for all purchases made on discount codes, promotions and sales are final and cannot be returned and/or exchanged.
We hope to make everything easier for you but I hope you can understand, all the items are directly shipped from Korea which make it less flexible to make exchange or return.
